Water is the origin of our existence. Traveling all over Europe and specially beautiful Greece, it hit me to see that wonderful water springs and cascades were left full of plastic bottles and garbage. We have to take care of our water. Drinking water charged with energy, with oxygen, increases not only our energy but also our cell production. They get strong and the communication in our body improves. Drinking water which is alive and combining it with a healthy lifestyle, as close to nature as possible, is the key to stay young and healthy. Just drinking 2 glasses of water en the morning after waking up, before lunch, and before dinner makes a significant difference. It is so simple, yet many of us forget to follow this routine. Our diseases in this modern times are the accumulation of toxics which affect our organs blocking them, caused by artificial food, an artificial lifestyle, full of stress, void of any rituals of detoxing and depuration. When these symptoms of these consequences are out of control, we start to suffer form heartburn, acid reflux, inflammation, autoimmune sickness, chronic parasites, hypertension and much more…, and then, when we get aware, it is often too late. Try this: DETOX: Right after waking up, drink 2 cups of plain pure hot water (good quality) It will clean you intestines and help to digest better. If you continue with 2 additional cups at lunch and then before dinner, and you add a barefoot walk, you will feel full of vitality and grounded too.
Water cascades are and amazing anti stress tool. We forget how fabulous we feel, how vitalizing it is to be next to a waterfall. Isn’t it wonderful? But there is much more to it.Our cities are full of chronic deceases, allergies and more, because of dust, smog and other contaminations. On the other hand, the dust of a waterfall is highly healing. The water which falls from a waterfall of a height of 300 or more meters transforms into a water dust which combined with the energy is highly healing, because the tiny drops of water are full of negative ions and much smaller than all the sprays used for allergies & asthma problems. Studies show that just 20 min next to a waterfall shows a change in our health problems. It cleans all our upper respiratory system. It balances and relaxes our pulse. Water is fundamental for our well being, health and beauty and we have to find the best. Water is the most important antioxidant. Water is pure medicine as Asclepius wisely stated. We have to do everything to take care of it.

As many of you know, sadly we had to cancel the last concerts of the 2019/2020 season while we all stayed home and looked after each other. This comes with a very high price for MISO, as for many other cultural institutions that are dealing with the hardships brought on by the global pandemic. Despite the troubling times ahead, MISO made a commitment to honor our musician’s contracts for the season, as we understand that without them none of this would be possible. We’ve always said that without our community MISO would not be possible, and we are calling upon you now as we greatly need your support.
June marks our annual fundraising brunch, and this year, we have decided to approach things differently and reach out to you personally. A small, yet significant donation of $150 would make a world difference, and if you would like to extend that amount, it would be even more appreciated. Every little bit counts, and we know these are difficult times, so our commitment to you is even greater!
Help us preserve our beautiful memories and ensure that we will keep sharing future memories with you. In appreciation of your unconditional friendship and support, you will receive our limited-edition CD “Trumpet Glamour”.
We truly hope you can contribute to help MISO and our incredible musicians through this. We also hope to have you join us for the 2020/2021 fundraising Brunch next year!
Click here to DONATE or call our office at 305-275-5666 for assistance.
The Miami Symphony Orchestra is a 501(c)(3) and your donation is tax deductible, as always.
My best wishes to you and your loved ones. Hoping to see you all very soon!
